We are delighted to have Jacky Donatz (Restaurant Sonnenberg, Zurich) and Reto Mathis (Mathis Food Affairs, St. Moritz) back amongst us for the fourth time: they will be joining our Culinary Director Franz W. Faeh for the joint cuisine event we call Allegra e Bainvgnieu.
