Programme
Friday:
- 6.30 p.m.: Welcome cocktail reception
- 7 p.m.: 4-course dinner in La Pinte de Meyriez restaurant
Saturday – Fishing day:
- 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.: Fishing on the lake with professional fisherman Pierre
- 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.: Cookery course with Culinary Director Franz W. Faeh with your catch of the day
- 7 p.m.: 5-course dinner at the Chef’s Table
- Two nights’ accommodation in a thematic or artists’ room
Price per guest in double room: from CHF 800.– from 7 to 9 June 2013. Bookings on request and subject to availability.
